II Concurso Internacional de Fotografía Hierros Artísticos USJ - Hierrros Alfonso

 

El Grupo Hierros Alfonso y la Universidad San Jorge se enorgullecen de inaugurar el II Concurso Internacional de Fotografía «Hierros Artísticos», cuyo objetivo es reconocer e impulsar la cultura y el arte de la forja del hierro, así como la belleza del mismo. Queremos premiar y difundir la creatividad fotográfica de los participantes que, a través de imágenes, exploren este material en las dos categorías de las que se compone el concurso: hierro forjado y hierro industrial. Tras la recepción de obras y el fallo del jurado, se expondrán las fotografías de los finalistas y ganadores, que podrán ser publicadas en un libro catálogo.

Grupo Hierros Alfonso and San Jorge University are delighted to inaugurate the II International Photography Contest “Artistic Iron”. The aim here is to recognise and foster the culture, art and beauty of forged iron. We want to reward and disseminate the photographic creativity of our participants who, through the medium of images, explore this subject matter in the two categories in the contest: Wrought Iron and Industrial Iron. Once works have been received and the jury made its decision, there will be an exhibition of photographs from our finalists and winners. A commemorative brochure will be produced.

En particular / Specifically:

El autor garantiza que es mayor de edad y que la fotografía es original e inédita y, por tanto, dispone de la totalidad de derechos sobre la misma, sin que existan derechos de terceros sobre ella. La participación en este concurso implicará la cesión del original de la fotografía presentada, así como de los derechos de difusión, reproducción y exhibición de la fotografía, por tiempo indefinido, en cualquier formato y en ámbito universal. En relación con los convocantes, cada uno de los participantes autoriza de manera exclusiva, con carácter indefinido y gratuito, a usar su fotografía, así como sus reproducciones, y su difusión audiovisual. Asimismo, el autor autoriza a transformar o adaptar la fotografía, sea directamente o a través de terceros, cuando se considere necesario para adecuarla al formato, tamaño, imagen o apariencia, así como incorporar cualquier otro elemento que a juicio de las convocantes sea más adecuado para el objetivo pretendido, sin necesidad de autorización del autor. Todos los derechos sobre la fotografía transformada serán de los convocantes.

The author guarantees that they have reached the legal age and that the photograph submitted is both original and unpublished, and therefore, they have full rights over it, without any third-party rights on it. Participation in the present competition implies the assignment of the original of the submitted photograph, as well as the rights of dissemination, reproduction, and exhibition of the photograph, indefinitely, in any format and in a universal scope. In relation to the organizers, each one of the participants grants exclusive, indefinite and free authorization to use of their photograph, as well as its reproductions and audiovisual dissemination. Furthermore, the author agrees that the photograph can be transformed or adapted, either directly of via a third party, whenever it is deemed necessary to adapt it to the format, size, image, or appearance, as well as to incorporate any other element that, in the judgment of the organizers, is more suitable for the intended purpose, without requiring the author’s authorization. All rights to the transformed photograph will belong to the organizers.
 

Protección de datos / Data Protection

De acuerdo con el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 del Parlamento europeo y del Consejo de 27 de abril de 2016 de Protección de Datos (RGPD), el participante queda informados que el responsable del tratamiento de los datos personales proporcionados voluntariamente por el participante en el formulario de inscripción, será UNIVERSIDAD SAN JORGE, y de que serán tratados con la finalidad exclusiva de gestionar el presente concurso conforme a las leyes en vigor en la materia, especialmente el RGPD. Los participantes pueden ejercitar sus derechos de acceso, modificación, oposición, cancelación, limitación del tratamiento y portabilidad, dirigiéndose al Delegado de Protección de Datos de la Universidad adjuntando a su solicitud de ejercicio de derechos una fotocopia de su DNI o equivalente al domicilio social de USJ sito en Autovía A-23 Zaragoza-Huesca, km. 299, 50830- Villanueva de Gállego (Zaragoza), o la dirección de correo electrónico privacidad@usj.es Asimismo, tiene derecho a dirigirse a la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos en caso de no ver correctamente atendido el ejercicio de sus derechos.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27th 2016 on Data Protection (GDPR), the participant is informed the Data Controller for the personal data voluntarily provided by the participant in the registration form will be UNIVERSIDAD SAN JORGE. These data will be processed solely for the purpose of managing the current competition, in accordance with the applicable laws, including the GDPR. Participants may exercise their rights to access, modification, objection, cancellation, limitation of processing, and portability, by contacting the Data Protection Officer of the University and attaching a photocopy of their ID card or equivalent to the registered office of USJ located at Autovía A-23 Zaragoza-Huesca, km. 299, 50830- Villanueva de Gállego (Zaragoza) or via email at privacidad@usj.es, in their request to exercise their rights. Furthermore, participants have the right to contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency in case their rights are not properly handled.

Comunicación / Communication

El ganador autoriza a la Universidad San Jorge a comunicar públicamente su identidad como ganador del concurso a través de la página web CULTURA USJ. Asimismo, autoriza, con carácter gratuito y sin limitación temporal ni territorial alguna, a reproducir, distribuir, comunicar públicamente y utilizar por cualquier medio, incluyendo expresamente la difusión en páginas web y redes sociales institucionales de USJ, radio y televisión, sus datos personales como ganador del concurso, su imagen personal y/o voz contenida en las grabaciones audiovisuales que pudieran realizarse durante la entrega de premios.

The winner grants San Jorge University permission to publicly announce their status as the contest winner through the CULTURA USJ website. Additionally, they authorize, at no cost and without any temporal or territorial restrictions, the reproduction, distribution, public communication, and utilization of their personal information as the contest winner, their personal image, and/or voice captured in any audiovisual recordings that may occur during the award ceremony. This includes explicit dissemination on institutional USJ websites and social media platforms, as well as through radio and television
